There is NO LIMIT on how many potential client contacts you can receive per day – the cost is ONLY $19.99 PER UNLOCK and you are charged for 10 unlocks at a time. If we have any issue with your payment on file we will let you know to make sure you continue to receive 10 potential client contacts from our database.

Do I need to ensure compliance with the Rules of Professional Conduct or other rules that govern my profession and applicable to me?

YES. In order to use the app you must ensure that you are an active licensed attorney in good standing in one or more of the states in the US and you are in compliance with the Rules of Professional Conduct or other rules or regulations that govern your profession and are applicable to you in the state(s) that you are licensed to practice in.

We do not refer or recommend or evaluate any lawyers on our app.

How do I know if the potential clients can afford my services?

You can specify in your profile the rate and deposit that you wish so that prospective clients can see your rates and be able to discuss them with you.

Can I let my potential clients know that I can be reached 24h/7 days a week – ON-DEMAND?

YES, absolutely, you can choose the ON-DEMAND option in your profile and potential clients will know immediately of your availability in case they need help right away such as in the case of a DUI, personal injury, family matter or any other unfortunate circumstance.

What do I pay to use this app?

It is FREE to download the app and be included in the database. The fee that you are charged is ONLY $19.99 PER UNLOCK when you unlock a potential client’s information and they unlock yours and this fee is a marketing fee and not a referral fee. You are charged 10 Unlocks at a time starting with when you create your profile. The fee paid does not depend on whether the client retains you, nor on the amount of any legal fees collected.

The lawyers that you select will have access to your profile including the above information.

YES, you can select in your profile “YES” to connect with lawyers that offer ON-DEMAND help 24h/7 days a week if needed in the case of a DUI, personal injury, family matter or any other unfortunate circumstance.

How are lawyers included in the directory?

Lawyers do not need to pay a fee to be included in our platform and are not evaluated except for verification of their state bar card. Lawyers pay a flat fee for each UNLOCK and the fee paid by the lawyer to CherryLex does not depend on whether you end up retaining the lawyer or the amount of any resulting fee you pay to the lawyer. We do not share fees that you pay to the lawyer, and we do not charge you any fee.

Does Cherrylex provide legal representation?

CherryLex is not a law firm, does not practices law and does not provide legal representation; you need to consult with an attorney to receive legal advice for your matter.
