Lawyers Receive Potential Clients Directly
CherryLex is designed to give lawyers a more efficient and predictable way to connect with potential clients.
Traditional legal marketing often comes with extremely high costs:
- Cost-per-click can range from $70 to over $900, depending on the keyword and market.
- Cost-per-lead can range from $700 to $1,500 or more.
- High acquisition costs often lead to higher legal fees, limiting access for many individuals and small businesses.
- Lawyers can join the platform for FREE and ONLY pay $19.99 when they unlock a potential client’s information and a potential client unlocks theirs.
The $19.99 per Unlock is a flat marketing fee. There are no bidding systems and no fees tied to case outcomes or legal fees.

Each lawyer on CherryLex provides a profile that includes key information such as:
- Areas of practice
- Rate structure
- Availability, including 24/7 on-demand options
- Consultation preferences
- Other details such as years of experience, etc.
Clients can review this information and feel empowered by having more transparency about their prospective lawyer.
Lawyers have access to clients’ profiles making easier to assess whether it is the right fit.

We are not a lawyer referral service program but a directory of lawyers that clients can connect with. We do not provide legal advice and are not providing legal services or representation.
Client Profiles
Clients will create a profile and identify the area of law, whether they wish a free consultation, the years of experience of the lawyer they wish to connect with, preferred language, and other information which will be made available to lawyers on the platform; clients are contacted by the lawyers that clients selected or received clients’ information based on the lawyers’ own judgement to contact a potential client.
Lawyer Profiles
Lawyer will create a short profile providing their experience, area of law, legal rates structure, whether they offer free consultation, whether they offer 24/7 ON DEMAND availability, and other information. Lawyer will be able to contact the potential clients by UNLOCKING each potential client information.
Credits
Lawyers purchase credits of ONLY $19.95 per UNLOCK (please see pricing for more information). This a marketing fee and not a referral fee. The amount of credits that the lawyer spends does not depend on whether the client retains the lawyer, nor on the amount of any legal fees collected by the lawyer nor on the algorithm’s evaluation of the problem.
Recommendations & Endorsements
We do not recommend, rate, or rank lawyers, and do not vouch for, endorse, or evaluate their skills, competence, effectiveness, abilities, character, work, or other professional qualities. The selection of lawyer(s) by the app is not based on an analysis of the potential client’s legal problem and is not and should not be interpretated as a recommendation or an evaluation of the lawyer’s work. The app performs a mechanical selection of lawyers based on a neutral criteria, such as a geographical area.
Fees
We do not share fees that the clients pay to the lawyers, and we do not charge potential clients any fee. Lawyers do not need to pay a fee to be included in our platform and are not evaluated except for verification of their state bar card.
Contact Information Disclosure
Clients agree for their contact information and profile including their matter details to be disclosed to lawyers and be contacted by lawyers on this platform.
We respect the professional independence of the lawyer, do not interference with a lawyer’s independent professional judgment, and are not involved in the communications between the clients and lawyers which take place outside of our platform.
